Training as a top athlete for close to 20 years, i learned many valuable lessons and insights from some of the best coaches and athletes around me to take my athleticism to the next level through Resistance workouts, team challenges, and individual pursuits. I have done my research in and out of school to tailor any athlete's goals to my methodology that will help them become a faster, stronger, and more balanced athlete.
Speed, Power & Agility Training is designed to help players develop explosive movement, strength, and athletic efficiency through individual and partner-based challenges that push them to maximize their physical potential. Sessions focus on refining body mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, multi-directional speed, and reaction time, ensuring athletes move with greater control and purpose. Through dynamic drills, resistance training, plyometrics, and competitive partner exercises, players will improve their footwork, balance, coordination, and overall explosiveness—key components for excelling in any game situation. Partner challenges create an engaging, competitive atmosphere, fostering mental toughness, resilience, and the drive to push past limits. This training not only enhances on-field performance but also helps prevent injuries by teaching proper running mechanics, change-of-direction efficiency, and body control under pressure. Whether striving to become quicker off the mark, more powerful in challenges, or sharper in movement, this program is designed to help athletes train with intensity and perform with confidence.
