Coach Ben's Curriculum catered to the group's developmental needs is a great and flexible plan, where the training comes to a location convenient to you! No large equipment necessary on your part!

Session Details:

• One session a week (or 3-5 times a month)
• 90 min - 2hr sessions
• Training will be broken up into thirds:

1/3 will be going over skills and fun games

2/3 is game concepts as well as games

3/3 will be scrimmaging with & without restrictions (ex. must pass 3 times before shooting, etc.). 1v1 - 5v5's

Player Details:

• U7 - U13 (6 - 12 years old)
• 16 player maximum/ session
• $30 - $35/ session OR $90 - $120/ month
