This training is for players who want to improve consistently and families who value development, effort, and structure. We work with a wide range of ages and experience levels, placing players in environments that support their growth. Progress is built over time through consistency and intent.
Commitment means showing up consistently, giving honest effort, and being open to coaching. Players don’t need to be elite — but they do need to train with purpose. As players progress through the pathway, expectations naturally increase.
Our packages are formatted in a way that you decide how many sessions/ week is possible for your family
Pathway placement is based on experience, readiness, and current training habits — not age alone. Our pathway pages are designed to help families self-select the best starting point. If there’s still uncertainty, we’ll help guide placement after an initial session.
See The Pitch for which path fits your family
Most players train between 1–3 days per week depending on age, experience, and goals. Consistency matters more than volume. We typically recommend starting with a manageable schedule and building from there.
Age is considered, but ability, experience, and readiness are just as important. Groups are organized intentionally to create productive training environments. Adjustments are made as players develop.
Newer players are welcome. Our Skill Development Track and mixed-ability sessions are designed to build confidence, comfort on the ball, and foundational skills. Players are placed in environments where they can learn without pressure.
Yes. Movement between pathways happens as players develop and show readiness for new challenges. Progression is based on growth and consistency, not time alone. Our goal is always to place players where they can succeed and continue improving.
Yes, we offer private and small-group training. Private training is designed to supplement group training by targeting specific needs or accelerating development. Players see the best results when private sessions support consistent group participation.
See our Private Training page for more details.
The best place to begin is The Pitch, which outlines how players enter the program. From there, families can explore the appropriate pathway and group training options. Once you’ve selected a session, availability can be viewed on the schedule page.
Players are expected to bring a positive attitude, effort, and focus to every session. At-home practice is encouraged and becomes more important as players advance. Development works best when training habits extend beyond the field.
We do not offer in-house scholarships. However, families experiencing financial hardship may be eligible for third-party youth sports grants that can be applied toward training.
Families who wish to explore this option must first complete our Financial Assistance Inquiry Form. Once completed, you will receive information on when to attend your first trial session. If your player is a good fit for our program, we will then provide next steps on grant funding.
Grant applications, eligibility, and approvals are handled entirely by the third-party provider.
Training placement and availability are still based on program fit and space, regardless of funding source.
You MUST complete our form BEFORE you apply for financial aid. This is to ensure you have all the up-to-date information and how much to request.
